We are pleased to announce that two sets of Masterline 2800mm 5ply corrugated board production lines have been successfully installed and put into operation at our customer’s corrugated box factory.
As a high-end intelligent corrugator under Corrmaster series, this line adopts Germany IPC control system, Industry 4.0 design, EtherCAT communication, full servo drive and 5G connection. It is equipped with speed cruise, automatic order change, smart temperature control and automatic paper reel logistics system, realizing stable and unmanned intelligent production.
The line supports E, B, C, A flute types with cassette type single facer for fast and convenient flute changes. It is also equipped with dual slitter scorer, NC cutter and basket stacker to ensure high efficiency and precision. The monthly output of a single line reaches 15.8 million square meters, and the two lines together achieve 31.6 million square meters, greatly improving the customer’s production capacity.
In the same project, another two sets of 2500mm 2ply corrugators were installed for an offset print pack company, providing E, F, B, C flute single-face boards. The cassette single facer supports quick roll change in 5–10 minutes. With soft touch technology, the corrugated gap and glue gap are adjusted automatically without manual operation, making production easier and more stable.This successful installation once again proves the high reliability and market recognition of Master intelligent corrugators.
