Master Automation Co., Ltd has established a solid global footprint, with successful installations of intelligent corrugated board production lines and converting equipment in over 40 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Our overseas distribution network is supported by regional partners and local service teams, delivering on-site technical support, spare parts supply, and after-sales troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation for customers worldwide.

Looking ahead 3–5 years, we will strategically expand our overseas sales and service infrastructure. Key initiatives include establishing regional service centers in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe to enhance localized support, and strengthening distributor training programs to improve pre-sales consulting and post-installation maintenance. We will also invest in digital service platforms for remote diagnostics and real-time production monitoring.

MILESTONE

2004

Independently developed and successfully launched the 2200mm corrugator, which became a new generation of mainstream model in the domestic corrugator industry, with technology adapted to the production needs of domestic medium and large carton factories.

2010

Launched the 2500mm corrugator (max speed 250m/min) to lay out the high-end corrugator market; the core technology of cassette type single facer was successfully R&D and put into practice for the first time.

2015

Upgraded the 2500mm corrugator technology, increased the speed to 350m/min, and mass-produced the 7-ply corrugator model; the 1800mm corrugator gradually withdrew from the market, and the 2500mm became the industry mainstream.

2024

Completed the full technical verification of Masterline 2800mm 5/7-ply intelligent corrugator, adapted to the production demand of more than 800 order changes per day, with core parameters reaching the international advanced level.

2025

Globally launched the Corrmaster 450 intelligent corrugator equipped with AI auto cruise and real-time data monitoring system; appeared at top global exhibitions such as CCE/WEPACK/Print4All, and fully laid out the European and Southeast Asian international markets.
