Double Facer

The double facer, as a key component of the corrugated production line, is equipped with an efficient heating and pressing system. It stably bonds single-face corrugated paper with liner paper, producing flat, firmly bonded board-critical for subsequent printing, die-cutting, and box-making processes, and providing a solid foundation for various packaging products.

NC Cutter

NC Cutter (cross cutting machine) consists of paper infeed, cutting, and outfeed sections: its push-pull paper feeding design (with an independent feeding roller) simplifies tool adjustment and maintenance; the outer circular spiral cutter roll reduces cutting impact for low inertia, while the adjustable upper knife position achieves optimal cutting effects (with optional automatic sharpening to keep blades sharp); its internal suction device also ensures smooth stacking of corrugated boards from cutting to outfeed, supporting efficient downstream processing.

Single Facer

Master’s Single Facer features a cassette-type design for multi-corrugated combinations, enabling quick order conversion. It adopts positive pressure blowing forming for low noise and resonance; its translatable glue unit simplifies cleaning and maintenance, while the independently motor-driven glue roller can idle to avoid dry paste during shutdown. Equipped with high-temperature grease for corrugated/pressure roller bearings, the unit also uses oil pressure to automatically adjust roller pressure based on paper width, gram weight and speed, and hydraulic cylinder control for the glue unit’s flexible ballast function.

Slitter Scorer

Slitter Scorer adopts a modular, upgradeable design with low maintenance costs: it equips each slitting line with one set of independent slitting blades and two sets of independent scorers, enabling order switching (with or without gap changes) without reducing production speed, while servo motors move along fixed racks to quickly and accurately adjust various size specifications. Its standard configuration uses tungsten alloy steel blades to deliver high-quality slitting and ultra-narrow trimming for different corrugated boards; additionally, each blade seat features an independent blade grinding lubrication system and a manual sharpening mode, supporting fixed-length timing operations.

Stacker

Stacking unit features a four-section cardboard delivery system controlled by frequency and servo technology, supporting auto-counting, order changing, and sideways output. Its synchronous servo control ensures fast, precise backboard positioning for efficient order switching, while AC servo control stabilizes the stacking table’s lifting movement. Equipped with a standard unpowered roller splicing rack (for easy cardboard turning and stacking), it accommodates a stacking length range of 1500mm to 2200mm, ideal for streamlined corrugated board handling post-processing.
