Master’s Corrugated Board Production Line is flexibly configurable for 2~7-ply corrugated board production, supporting full flute types including N/G/F/E/B/C/A to meet diverse customized packaging demands. It features a wide range of production widths from 1800mm to 3300mm (up to 3500mm) and an adjustable high-speed output of 250~450m/min, with graded production capacity for different ply types—ideal for both small-batch, multi-variety customization and large-volume mass production. Adopting German BECKHOFF IPC control and Industry 4.0 mechatronics design, the line is built with a robust structure for stable and consistent operation during long-hour continuous production. Equipped with core technologies such as SoftTouch, line pressure control and servo synchronous precise sizing, it produces corrugated boards with excellent bonding, high stiffness and strong load-bearing capacity. With energy-saving performance of 20% starch reduction, 25% electricity saving and 35% steam reduction, it is a high-efficiency and reliable production solution for packaging manufacturers, perfectly catering to the production of light packaging such as e-commerce shipping boxes and food containers, as well as heavy packaging such as appliance cartons and industrial crates.
