Master took part in CCE International 2025 held in Munich, Germany from March 11 to 13, 2025. As Europe’s top event for corrugated and paper converting, the exhibition gathered global industry professionals.
At the show, Master officially launched its flagship Corrmaster intelligent corrugator. This advanced line adopts IPC with EtherCAT communication, full servo drive and real-time process control, ensuring stable and high-performance corrugated board production. It is equipped with belt-type single facer and soft-touch technology to achieve no-mark board and improved BST performance. The synchronous gluing system supports multiple flute types including A, B, C, E, F, G and N, and processes kraft paper from 40gsm to 440gsm.
The servo-driven dry end handles both small and large orders efficiently. It features minimal 500mm cut waste during order changes and only 3mm single-side trimming. The NC cutter reaches 200m/min for 500mm cut length and up to 400m/min for 1800mm cut length, supported by a flexible up-down stacker.
Corrmaster also comes with auto-cruise function for automatic high-speed production. It monitors and records glue, steam, power consumption, waste and output in real time. Integrated temperature control, pressure control and wrap detection ensure consistent, reliable operation for modern packaging factories.
