Master attended Print 4 All 2025 at Fiera Milano from May 27 to 30, a key step to expand its European market layout. At the exhibition, the brand showcased its flagship 2500mm intelligent corrugator with a maximum speed of 400m/min, tailored for Europe’s high-standard packaging production needs.
This high-performance corrugator is built on BECKHOFF IPC with EtherCAT communication, integrated with full servo drive, real-time and process control systems, ensuring stable, efficient and high-quality corrugated board production. It features ultra-wide paper adaptability, processing 40gsm to 440gsm kraft paper, and is compatible with A, C, B and micro flutes E, F, G, N for flexible production.
Equipped with soft touch technology, LPC and synchro gluing system, it runs low-gsm 5-ply boards (below 400gsm) over 230m/min, and heavy-gsm 7-ply boards (up to 2300gsm) at 80~100m/min, solving Europe’s mixed small and large batch production pain points.
