Specialized for 5-layer corrugated board production (ideal for heavy-duty packaging applications), this line supports all mainstream flute types (N,G,F,E,B,C,A) and is optimized for 2200mm-sized output. It aligns with corresponding monthly production volumes and layout parameters, with a design fine-tuned to the 2200mm configuration to meet large-scale heavy packaging material demands.
This 2200mm 5ply line delivers robust 5-layer board production, with performance parameters (including 4000kg/h steam consumption (1.1-1.2Mpa) and ~450KW power) precisely matched to its specification. It fits factory spaces of over 20000㎡ (compatible with its 100~115x10x5m layout) and is the ideal choice for manufacturers requiring high-volume, heavy-duty packaging material production—backed by stable, parameter-aligned performance.
To load the paper roll automatically into the corrugator, with auto splicer no need to stop the machine while changing new paper roll for continuous production.
To make single face web by different gsm paper and option different corrugated flute A, B, C, E, F, G, N.
The tension control and alignment system make sure the single face web at right conditions before enter the glue machine which paste the glue at flute tip to bond corrugated medium to liner paper, forming 3-ply or multi-ply corrugated board as a core part of the production line.
