CHARACTERISTIC

HIGH-EFFICIENCY BONDING & STACKING PERFORMANCE

Double facer with heavy-duty structure and high-speed heat conduction plates ensures secure bonding; glue machine uses layered independent servo drive and pressure-adjustable rollers to prevent flute collapse. Up/down stacker with vacuum adsorption belt and automatic alignment achieves neat, damage-free stacking at 400m/min max speed.

HIGH-SPEED & WIDE-WIDTH PRODUCTION CAPABILITY

Boasts a maximum production speed of up to 450m/min and supports ultra-wide working widths (up to 3550mm), perfectly adapting to large-scale and high-efficiency corrugated board manufacturing. The whole line operates in synergy to maintain stable throughput even during long continuous production runs, significantly boosting overall productivity.

INDUSTRY 4.0 INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM

Adopts German BECKHOFF IPC control (S Series) or PLC&HMI control (E Series) with Industrial Ethernet/EtherCAT communication. Supports process formula big data, adaptive cruise control, and manual/auto speed switching. Enables real-time production monitoring, order management, and rich data reporting to facilitate smart decision-making.

MODULAR SINGLE FACER WITH FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATIONS

Offers belt type/cassette/internal section designs, with positive/negative pressure options. Cassette-type quick-roll change (5 mins) supports multi-flute combination, adapting to rapid order conversion. Features negative pressure inner suction peripheral heating roller (low noise/low resonance) and translatable glue unit for easy cleaning.

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL ENERGY-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES

Integrates multiple energy-saving solutions: 35% steam reduction via continuous thermal conduction & combined heating technology, 20% starch saving through precise sizing control, and 25% electricity saving via system optimization. Ultra-thin knife cylinders with low inertia further cut power consumption, realizing full-cycle energy-efficient production.
