This MRS-M2T Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand is a high-performance reel handling solution for corrugated production lines, with key advantages:

2. 10HPx4(7.5KW) Taiwan-brand hydraulic system powers clamping arm lifting, clamping, and transverse movement for precise reel positioning.
3. Standard multi-point airbag brake with pressure valve, regulator, and gauge ensures reliable tension control for consistent paper feeding.
4. Paper holder with pneumatic unloading device automatically pushes the paper roll away from the clamping arm, simplifying reel changes.
It supports 2200–3300mm production widths and pre-heat roll diameters up to 1450mm, with a max 375m/min production speed (450m/min design speed). It addresses user pain points:
